As an HMS doctor you will have the option to be self-employed (HMS Associate) or employed (HMS Employee) – whichever best suits you. The benefits of becoming an HMS associate with the ability to earn the highest salary available in the United Kingdom RMO industry, requires that you will have to meet the minimum HMS quality criteria for doctors, which includes proving your proficiency in the English Language by submitting an average IELTS score (or equivalent) of 7 or more if English is not your native language.
